# Token Utility

### Business Model

$ORI is utilized:

* Within the Orion Aggregator as the native token, accruing value from economic activities.
* In synergy with other Points & Pre-market Protocols, boostrapping liquidity, volume and usage.
* As a governance token and ownership decentralization of the Orion Aggregator.

Orion Aggregator generates revenue from:

* Orion Sniper Bot activity: a 1% transaction fee is charged on every transaction.
* Orion Advanced Alert Bot (coming soon): to get access to the bot, a $10,000 worth of holdings for $ORI must be verified.
* Orion Aggregator (coming soon): a 0.5% transaction fee is charged on every transaction
* Orion Points Market - Market Making (coming soon): 100% of profits is shared between token holders
* Orion Pre-Market - Market Making (coming soon): 100% of profits is shared between token holders

### Revenue Sharing

$ORI holders receive part of the revenue generated by the protocol. Current revenue sharing ratio goes as follows:

* 80% - token holders
* 10% - team
* 10% - reserves
